What to send us
Start with a recent electric bill, choose the quote-comparison route and identify the provider and contract stage when asked. If we need the existing proposal or missing scope details, we will request them during review. Do not upload passwords or unnecessary financial account information.
The initial bill helps us start a property-specific estimate rather than treating another provider’s headline price as a complete design.
Price match is a review, not a guarantee
Our price-match route requests a review of available comparable options. We do not guarantee a price match, savings, financing approval or an identical alternative. Differences in scope can explain differences in price. We will identify the assumptions that still need confirmation.
Already signed? Tell us the contract stage. Do not cancel an existing agreement based only on a preliminary review. Review the agreement and seek qualified advice on any cancellation obligations.
The decision you should be able to make
You should leave a comparison knowing what each offer includes, which costs are still uncertain and what happens next. If the offers cannot be compared yet, the next useful result is a list of missing items, not a forced recommendation.
See a proposal reviewed line by line
The historical proposal walkthrough shows exactly which document fields support a calculation and which questions remain open. The comparison worksheet lets you change illustrative allowances without submitting your information.
When you want a review of your own project, use the quote-comparison request. We will identify the missing information needed to compare available options.
