Quote requests and inquiries
We use the details and documents you submit to respond to your request, prepare your estimate or comparison, and coordinate the project if you choose to proceed. Preparation may involve Aurora, Axia and the applicable installation partner. Bills and inquiry records are private, with access restricted to the authorized site operator.
You may black out utility account and payment numbers. Never send passwords or bank information. Contact details are not consent for automated calls, texts or unrelated marketing.
Retention and your choices
Unconverted requests still marked Received become eligible for deletion after 90 days. Cleanup occurs in limited batches when the service is used, so deletion is not guaranteed on the exact 90th day. Requests progressed for an estimate or project are retained for that work. You can request correction or deletion through our inquiry form; include your reference, but no sensitive account information.
How we measure this website
We store daily aggregate totals for page views, quote-link clicks, quiz starts and completions, form starts, referral-button clicks and successfully stored submissions. Counts do not contain names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, uploaded files, quiz answers, URL query strings or request references. We do not set analytics cookies or create visitor identifiers.
Browser events are skipped when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Successfully received submissions are counted operationally on the server. Aggregate totals are kept for approximately 30 days, with cleanup on subsequent measurement activity. Only the authorized operator can view these counts. Counts are not unique visitors and are not proof of improved conversion.
The service uses hashed IP-based security counters for rate limiting; raw IPs are not stored in those counters. The hosting provider may process routine access and security logs. External backup forms and provider links operate under their own privacy policies.
